Sometimes you want to embed code containing special characters into HTML or other things. By special characters I mean those characters not found on the keyboard and those with special meanings in HTML. You can put these special characters into an HTML page if you replace them with numeric codes or character entities. This is a pain to do manually, so here is a PHP form to get it done automagically (thanks to PHP's htmlentites() function).
